The office will close on 22nd December 2017 and will reopen on 3rd January 2018. The last orders this year will go out on Monday the 18th of December at 11am, so please make sure you have placed any orders before then. Any orders received after that date will be dispatched on the 8th January 2018

Do you ship outside of the UK? Yes, we are able to ship almost anywhere in the world. If you have any doubts please get in touch for more information.
What currency can I pay in? Unfortunately through the shop we cannot take payments in currencies other than GBP. We can arrange an order to be paid in your own currency payable by invoice. Please email your order to email@example.com and state which currency you would like to pay in.
Our new shop now shows a rough conversion rate of GBP into 7 other different currencies: EUR, AUD, USD, CNY, JPY, and RUB. You can select your currency in the top right hand corner of the shop to choose your currency. The shop will then display a rough conversion rate for you as shown below:
Can I pay by invoice? Yes, you can. On check out you will be asked to choose your payment method: simply choose "Purchase order" and enter your PO number and information. For NEW customers who request an invoice, you may be asked to complete a Credit Application or be asked to send us a copy of the Purchase Order. Alternatively you can also email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and request for an invoice. All of our invoices are payable online.
Are your products ethically sourced? Yes, as far as possible we work with local suppliers to create and source our products. Our own Talking and Thinking Floorbooks range is designed by Claire Warden and created through the help of local Scottish companies. We want to help support small and local businesses and always consider working with them before going to a larger supplier.
We also work with companies who we consider to provide the best quality and value for money in their particular field. For example, we believe Corvus tools to be some of the best in the industry and are happy to work with Corvus to offer their tool range to our customers.
A product I want is out of stock, can I still order it? For some of our products, such as our Fire BBQ, we do not hold any stock onsite. These products can be ordered at any point and we will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. We always allow backordering on products such as books and talkaround mats, and will do our best to get these resources to you as soon as possible.
What is the delivery charge? In the UK, the general delivery charge is between £8 and £10 but this may vary depending on the weight of your package. Internationally, the delivery charge varies depending on your location.
Can I place an order over the telephone? Yes, we take telephone orders. We do encourage all of our customers to place orders either through email or through the online shop as this reduces the risk of you receiving the wrong order and makes the whole process easier to track and trace. Do you offer any package deals? Yes, visit our packages section of the shop to see the discounted packages that we offer. We also have a number of discounted products which can be found in the clearance section.
